Sellers are encouraged to accurately depict the vehicle they are selling.  All liability lies on the the seller to provide accurate details about the vehicle they are selling.   Buyers should use good judgement in deciding on whether to purchase a vehicle as Roadtitan.com does not monitor every ad posted and therefore cannot vouch for the accuraccy of all online ads. We reserve the right to delete or edit any ads or other postings that come to our attention that we consider unacceptable or inappropriate.  By using Roadtitan.com you agree not to post any abusive, misleading, obscene, or illegal material.

Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued after 72 hours of an ad being posted.  Refunds will only be issued if there is an issue on our end where the ad did not ever get posted.  In these cases only, refunds will be issued.  Incorrect information accidentally listed on an ad is easily fixed using our edit ad feature available in the "my roadtitan" area.   However, we do not allow you to change the make or model of a vehicle.
